Positive: It was like i was in my home. Very big house with everything you may need. Even a wash mashine. Very beautiful inside. 2 bedrooms with balcony and a living room. Out hostess very polite. Gave us information to where to go. We loved it. We would stay again

Positive: We made arrangements in advance for the owner to pick us up at the airport. He was there waiting for us upon arrival and then walked us to the property and gave us a tour of the property. The Wifi, the shower, the stove etc. Made it so easy for us to manage. Restaurants were recommended and they were amazing. We also hired David to take us for 2 days traveling around Sicily and we had an amazing time. Seeing things we could not have gotten to on our own. We highly recommend this place to stay. The location was great, the place super comfortable.
Summary: Great place to stay, nicely located and very comfortable. David was extremely attentive.

Positive: Davide's flat was extremely well located - within 5 minutes of bars and restaurants and 10/15 from most things of interest in Palermo and a 20 walk to the main station. The flat is spacious and dark so quite cool in the summer. The beds were very comfortable and the flat and linen were very clean.
Negative: Palermo is a very noisy town and this was a bit of a problem with the flat as it is so central. There was a lot of loud talking, shouting and music long into the night and early in the morning. The internet in the flat was quite intermittent which was a bit frustrating. The kitchen is tiny and although we did not cook there I think that to cook a family meal would have it's challenges. The bathroom is spacious but the shower leaves a lot to be desired and could do with modernisation and grouting.
Summary: Davide is an excellent host. Very good and quick at communicating and extremely helpful.

Positive: Great location and cosy. Some street noise, and building works opposite, but it is in a city so to be expected. Didn't use the kitchen apart from the kettle as lovely places to eat all around us. Shower base is cracked so could do with replacing, but everything was clean and worked.
